Window Tint Installation Waiver
I authorize Amazing Tint LLC to install window film on the vehicle described above, at the shade level(s) I have selected.
I understand Arizona law (A.R.S. § 28-959.01) requires front side windows to allow at least 33% VLT (visible light transmission), while rear side windows and the rear window may be tinted to any darkness provided the vehicle has dual outside mirrors. If I have selected a front-window shade darker than the legal minimum, I understand that is my choice and my responsibility, not the responsibility of Amazing Tint LLC, and I may be subject to a citation for operating a non-compliant vehicle.
I understand that removing existing window tint, or rolling down windows shortly after installation, carries a small risk of damage to window defrost lines, tint, or seals, and that Amazing Tint LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear disclosed or discovered during service.
I understand new tint requires 3–5 days to cure and that windows should remain up during that period.
I release Amazing Tint LLC, its owners, and employees from liability for any claim arising from the installation, except in cases of gross negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law.
